My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Phenomenal service, forthcoming and truly caring even though we only took up an inexpensive rental flat, she was there every step of the way and did the extra mile whenever opportunity arose like for i stance to let the first furniture delivery in when we were not yet as we were still stick in our old place. she received our delivery in the new flat as we couldn’t make it. she follows up with all parties and her responses are prompt and helpful. really a great experience and we will sure come back to her.

Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. This is only one of many examples of her great service and there’s not doubt that she’s the best agent that I’ve worked with so far.
