Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process. She thought of everything you needed to consider, sorted all the admin & utilities and was full of helpful tips and recommendations on HK itself.
