What made the service provided by Stephanie so special was not only finding our home, but what she did for us after. She went out of her way to assist, opening the home whenever I needed for measurements, or curtain suppliers—nothing was ever too much. Stephanie even assisted in organising some furniture items for us, knowing that our personal effects would be in transit for an extended period. Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms.
