Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We had quite a specific place in mind, with an average budget and she managed to bring us two several very high quality properties to choose from. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process. I was very happy with her service from start to finish - and she has even followed up on multiple occasions since we have moved to check if she could help in any way. Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements.
