Ludivine was excellent to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. She listened to my requirements for an apartment and followed up on our requests to see flats we saw online. Her feedback was honest and realistic and most importantly, I never felt pressured to take whatever came along, unlike experiences we have had with other agents over the past 19 years I have been in Hong Kong.
