Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. Dorothy also prepared a handover report and helped transfer the utilities to my name as part of her services. I will recommend her to all my friends.

Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

Dealing with Alexis was a breeze. She listened carefully to our needs and didn’t waste our time by showing us properties that weren’t 100% right for us, which we are very grateful for. She acts quickly and is very responsive so it didn’t take long for us to secure our perfect new home, and as we were new to the area she was great at offering advice on anything from playgroups to where to enjoy sundowners! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.
