I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities. Dorothy was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend her to help with your flat search in Hong Kong.

In one word, this is an outstanding experience..Daphne clearly understood my requirements when I explained her in WhatsApp..she showed me 3 properties, exactly matching to my taste, location and budget on a weekend...no time wasted..this tells that how clearly she understood client requirements and needs. In 2 hours, we closed the deal and then onwards she has taken all paperwork very diligent. In fact she also helped me in negotiating the rent with owner and got best deal for me.. I have seen many real estate agent but certainly I can say that Daphne stands out she is exceptional. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very warm, friendly and helpful. She provided a number of options for us to look at. She was patient and accommodating with our requests to revisit apartments we liked.
