When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

She gave her 100% in helping us and truly try to understand our needs in order to find something that suits us instead of hard selling what are easily available.
