Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.
