Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

What I loved about Heike was the dedication and the the way she interviewed us in order to learn what we want. And then she just made great proposals that were actually exactly what were looking for. I told her that I could have pictured to move in each of her proposed apartments. Also still dedicated AFTER we signed the contract. Great support.

Vincent was extremely helpful when we were looking to secure a space for our new hair salon. He listened to all our needs and was aware of our budget. He was super responsive and extremely accommodating of our limited time. Vincent went out of his way to make us feel welcome in and comfortable during the whole process. I can’t thank Vincent enough and look forward to working with him again in the future.
