Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments. Jayde was always in constant contact with us and would always respond quickly to queries. Jayde found us the perfect home to rent and it definitely showed when our son said one day “thank you mummy I love our new home!” We will only ever work with Jayde in future. Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.
