Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments.
