The key to a good property agent is whether you end up with a property you are pleased with, within your budget. We are delighted with what Max found us and that she negotiated the price down to our budget - something she was confident she could do before she showed us the place. The second aspect to a good property agent is the whether the search and decision process is efficient, speedy, focused on relevant properties, with a wide variety of choices, all within budget and meeting key criteria. Max worked with all four of our family - including two teenagers - so that in the short time available, we got a good idea of the choices we had. In the end we were left with two places so attractive that our problem was losing the attractions of one for another even better. Max also handled the admin., transfers and handover as smoothly as you like.
