Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in.
