I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

I am truly happy to have Maggie as my agent! I fully appreciated all of her efforts and her attention to detail from start to finish. I love our new place and enjoying our stay in Hong Kong. I can’t thank her enough for her help during the house hunting and in the negotiation of the rent and contract terms.
