Frankie and Flo both helped us with our search. Flo showed me tons of places, was really efficient and responsive and gave great realistic advice. Once we settled on an apartment we wanted Frankie was an ace at handling all the back and forth and bits and pieces and made the process as painless as possible. She was also super-responsive even working while on holiday and her and Flo removed some furniture for us, truly above and beyond service, super impressed, recommend them both!

As landlords, we are often at the mercy of agents who typically do a stronger job of representing tenant’s interests over ours. However, not once during my interactions with Don did I feel this way. I always felt that my concerns and requests were of proportionate importance and his goal was truly to reach an equitable agreement between my future tenants and me rather than a quick and easy transaction for himself. Don is a very personable, conscientious and reliable. Don's response time via email, phone or text is virtually immediate and I never felt left in the lurch with regards to my questions or guidance on next steps. I look forward to working with Don again and he will certainly be the first person I'll contact when my property becomes available again in the future.

Janis is professional and at the same time personable. She made the otherwise daunting task of finding a new home smooth and easy for our family.
