This is a note to let you know how much of a great experience it was to work with Daniel Sempere Pico. I recently relocated from London to Hong Kong and had to find a flat quickly, having never been to this city ever before. Daniel was helpful, professional and a great person to work with from the very start. I consider myself lucky to have been able to find a great apartment early in my move to Hong Kong, which was really a testament to his hard work. Daniel prepared well in advance of our viewings by asking good questions, setting realistic expectations and demonstrated strong knowledge of the market. Daniel worked hard in every regard, from showing me various areas all the way to contract negotiations, documentation and utility setup at the end. He is a big asset to the OKAY.com team and I know that he will go far.

I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help.
