I had worked with other real estate agents before but Mr. Donald Rae really stood out and impressed me with his organization, punctuality, and efficiency. Don was also very patient. He did not talk too much but was meticulous in trying to look at the problems in the apartment before and after signing the contract. Don tried his best to sort out problems for you. I really like his professionalism.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Daphne is such a professional perfectionist who I haven’t encountered in a long time. She has been keeping me informed of the progress, any conversations with Tenants, all the way through. She made me feel my property was very desirable throughout and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. She has our best interests at heart. This was very reassuring and made me feel that you were helping us quickly and efficiently throughout the process. I have to say this has not been my experience with Estate Agents in the past.
