Daphne is such a professional perfectionist who I haven’t encountered in a long time. She has been keeping me informed of the progress, any conversations with Tenants, all the way through. She made me feel my property was very desirable throughout and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. She has our best interests at heart. This was very reassuring and made me feel that you were helping us quickly and efficiently throughout the process. I have to say this has not been my experience with Estate Agents in the past.

Max was very professional and helpful. She made a big effort to clarify and fulfill my needs, allowing me to make a concerted decision to see only apartments I really liked. Max was also very proactive and replied immediately if I had anything to ask. Communication was super easy, not only because she speaks perfect English but also because she is really easy going and a very nice person!
