Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Shirley is very helpful and effective. I contacted three agents and she was the first to respond and the first to arrange viewing. She provided a lot impartial advice and has been very patient.
