It was an incredible pleasure to work through this process with Sonam - she made it go from one that I dreaded, to a process I thoroughly enjoyed. As a result of her dedication, enthusiasm, communication, astuteness with respect to our needs and overall kindness that when my daughter and I finally move to Hong Kong next week we will be able to stay at our new home as soon as we arrive. Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate. Ingrid is also very pleasant to interact with, and it was a great pleasure to be supported by her.

Alan is organized, thoughtful, and professional with the right amount of fun. He learns what appeals to his clients and helps find the right place to meet their needs. Alan has his clients best interest in mind and communicates really well with potential landlords. This was my second time working with Alan and I recommend him to everyone.
