We contacted Jayde based on a referral from one of her previous clients. My husband and I had just relocated to Hong Kong from Australia, and were not familiar with the property market. Jayde went above and beyond to not only educate us and share her insider persepctive as a Hong Kong local, but also to help us navigate the relocation process in general. From our first interaction, we had full trust in Jayde. Not only does she have amazing knowledge of the market, she has great instincts and we were happy with each property she put forward. The apartment we ultimately fell in love with and are now inhabiting was one that we almost didn't view, were it not for Jayde encouraging us to see the potential. Flo has been an absolute a pleasure to work with. She ensured we only saw relevant apartments that met our criteria and always exhibited the utmost patience and wore a cheerful smile! And it didn’t stop once we found a place. Flo continued to help with additional items to do with the move (movers, utilities and more). She went above and beyond, helping guide us every step of the way. We are very thankful to Flo for her help during our home search process – she is absolutely great!

Very responsive. Great apartments that she has showed me. Didn’t work out because I am moving out of HK unfortunately. I would definitely recommend Kiara to friends and family for her great service.
