Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Shirley and OKAY Property. I’d love to refer her/the company to my friends.

Stephanie understood our requirements and worked tirelessly in helping us locate a new tenant. Not only was she successful, the tenant she introduced to us met all our expectations. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
