We gave Maki an impossible time frame to find us a new flat. She immediately knew what we needed, and never showed us anything other than what filled most of our requirements. Jessica has been super helpful since she started assisting us, and she is always polite and patient, and I find her to be incredibly genuine and honest in my dealings with her, which is a rare quality in real estate agents these days. Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
