Shirley is a friendly agent that keeps on helping me to find my ideal flat. With my limited budget, she managed to find options for me to choose from. She follows up with me from time to time and provides me with new options when the old ones doesn’t fit me. The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
