Working with Karma was an absolute god send, and made looking for a new home in a new country a breeze. She understood exactly what we needed, and tailored our search around those requirements. Working with Stephanie to find my last apartment before I repatriate to the US after 23 years here in Hong Kong was flawless. She showed me a variety of apartments, worked with the landlord to get me a great rental price, answered all my questions and above all was patient. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
