Dawson was a very efficient, professional and organised agent. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, I was able to find a great flat within two days of my arrival in Hong Kong! He was very quick to arrange a viewing for flats that I screened, and also gave me detailed overview of surrounding area. He could judge and give me feedback on flats which we have reviewed based on my requirements. If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
