We worked with Stephanie to buy a village house in Clearwater Bay. We found her to be an amazing agent, the best we have ever dealt with. Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. Stephanie combines a wonderful, warm and engaging personality together with deep professional experience and an unmatched knowledge of the area. We are delighted to highly recommend her.

The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!). Soi was incredibly personable, professional, unflappable and committed to creating a smooth transaction from the moment I got off the plane, to well after the signing. I arrived with only a few days to find a place. But Soi was well organized and made me feel like I was her only client, meeting me over the weekend and with little notice during the week to see and re-see houses. Soi very quickly honed in on what I was looking for, and that helped things move along. Once we zeroed in on a decision, I felt Soi was very much on my side in negotiating with the landlords. It was obvious Soi has a very deep knowledge of the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung areas, and I am sure other areas, too. While we were out looking, if I happened to see a house that wasn’t on the list but looked empty, Soi seemed to magically have the number for the owner. We are really happy and I can say with confidence that Soi is a big reason why. I would recommend her strongly to anyone looking for real estate advice.
