As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Amelia listened carefully to my family's requirements and quickly delivered a short-list of entirely appropriate properties. Throughout the process, she was proactive and responsive, and was also kind enough to offer advice when asked on numerous occasions. 110% professional, and I am bench-marking against a small handful of agents that I spoke to in HK, and in other major global cities to which I have moved over the last 25 years.
