Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Sonam to anyone looking to rent out their apartment in Hong Kong. She is a true rockstar! She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
