We had a fantastic experience with Kiara, she listens well and is detail oriented, very efficient, so the level of professionalism was what stood out about our experience working with Kiara. She was able to find us our home in a very short time, and did more than she needed to with regards to the process of negotiation, checking of apartment and handover. We were very satisfied with OKAY because of her.

Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Kiara is a phenomenal letting agent: reliable, flexible and professional. She was easy to contact and extremely helpful in every aspect of finding and securing the perfect rental property for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to ensure that the process is the exciting experience moving home should be. Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Kiara! Don’t think I would have been able to get everything done and moved into my new place without your help!
