My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. The property I wanted to sell was rather old so if the agent did not study the property well, it could have been a difficult sale. After she contacted me, the sale was done within 1 week.
