Working with Ruby is always productive and always a pleasure. She quickly understands needs and requirements after a short briefing and then goes into action! She has great market insight and intelligence, and stays in touch with regular updates. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

She was professional and it was very candid and was not too salesy like most estate agents. Most agents would give up after showing 4 or five options. She worked hard to continue to find best options for us and ultimately we found a place we like. She was patient and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking.
