I am so thankful for Sonam and how she helped us find the apartment of our dreams. She was very professional and patient, we weren’t easy clients to please and she has been going around with us for almost 3 months. When it came to getting the best deal, she did not disappoint. Even after signing the contract and moved in, she still checked how everything is, if there is anything else she can help with. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
