We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find.
Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. Thanks, okay.com and Shirley, great job, highly recommended.

After our tenant moved out of our Pok Fu Lam flat at short notice, we were in desperate need to make a decision – sell or rent. We sought the assistance of Rosie McCann, who guided as through the process, taking into account market sentiment and irrefutable residential property data. It was clear that renting was the sensible option.
Working with Rosie was seamless as she took photos for Okay.com, coordinated necessary maintenance and shortlisted tenants. We had a tenant and a contract confirmed in less than 2 months. It was a huge relief.
My wife Bernice and I would strongly recommend Rosie to any prospective tenant or landlord.

Dawson has been our Hong Kong agent for six years since we moved to HK. He has always been extremely responsive with property options for us as we would reach out frequently to understand what’s happening in the rental market. His friendly personality and outstanding service have been the reason we use him, and we couldn’t recommend him any higher. We are extremely grateful for his help with advice and negotiating for our property, and the moving tasks such as closing and opening new utilities. Thanks Dawson and thank you Okay.com!
