Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. Daphne is such a professional perfectionist who I haven’t encountered in a long time. She has been keeping me informed of the progress, any conversations with Tenants, all the way through. She made me feel my property was very desirable throughout and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. She has our best interests at heart. This was very reassuring and made me feel that you were helping us quickly and efficiently throughout the process. I have to say this has not been my experience with Estate Agents in the past.
