He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!).
