Kathy is a very warm, thoughtful and highly professional real estate agent. She got all our requirements and matched the properties we visited quickly and efficiently. She's very responsive and kept in touch while we were travelling, ensuring all negotiations and documentations were handled on time. My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems. For example, she offered to measure out every room of our chosen unit, and mark with tape where our furniture could be. How amazing is that?! We hope to work with Jayde again in the future.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
