Moving from the Bahamas to Hong Kong was daunting. We had viewed a range of apartments with various agents prior to meeting Jayde and had begun to reconcile the fact that we would not find our dream home without breaking the bank. The first apartment Jayde showed us was the one in which we are now proud tenants. It was not sheer luck that brought this about. Rather, it is Jayde’s ability to rapidly and effectively process and appreciate her clients requirements. It is her deep understanding and connection to the HK property market that enables her to select bespoke properties for her clients. What separates Jayde from her competitors is her genuine interpersonal skills and profound ability to understand and empathise with her clients needs. Our new life in Hong Kong has vastly exceeded our expectations, largely because of our perfect abode. I cannot thank Jayde enough. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to rent or buy an apartment in Hong Kong.

Nina Schulte-Mattler
Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner. Every single inquiry was answered promptly and clearly. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! She even got me the flat for a better price, I really didn't expect it! I will definitely be asking for Nina's assistance when I next have to move!

Dawson has been our Hong Kong agent for six years since we moved to HK. He has always been extremely responsive with property options for us as we would reach out frequently to understand what’s happening in the rental market. His friendly personality and outstanding service have been the reason we use him, and we couldn’t recommend him any higher. We are extremely grateful for his help with advice and negotiating for our property, and the moving tasks such as closing and opening new utilities. Thanks Dawson and thank you Okay.com!
