Ludivine was an excellent listener to us and this is a very good quality as an agent. She respected our wishes (location, type of flats etc...) and monthly budget. It was very important as we did not want to waste time visiting flats which were not in our range of expectations. We are a couple who is quite busy and appreciate efficiency. She is also very proactive in responding to our questions and helped us to have a smooth installation into our new Hong Kong Home. We highly recommend Ludivine.

Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop!
