I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. Knowing that positive feedback is often forgotten, I would like to recommend Helena for the patience and professionalism that she showed at all times. I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible.
