Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with.
