I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!

Heike has done excellent work in helping me rent out my Hong Kong property. The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get.
