Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. We had specific requirements and she worked tirelessly to find us the home we had always been hoping for at La Hacienda on the peak, even negotiating our tenancy agreement with the landlord down to the last degree. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
