While showing me flats she spoke about the area and made me feel relaxed. After negotiating for the flat she helped get me connected to utilities (as this is my first time living in HK). She also helped me get my residents pass for the complex and generally made everything really easy for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Molly. This took a lot of the burden off my shoulders. The subsequent contractual paperwork was handled professionally, and I particularly appreciated that she fought for all the contract terms that I wanted and that she personally made sure that everything in the apartment was working properly. A great asset to any property agency and highly recommended to anyone looking for a home in HK. I will definitely work with Molly on my next property move.
