I would like to thank Janis for her professional ability in closing the sales deal on my property. She understands buyer preferences very well and was very tactful in presenting documents on the premises. The property I wanted to sell was rather old so if the agent did not study the property well, it could have been a difficult sale. After she contacted me, the sale was done within 1 week. If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
