Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Throughout the process from searching through online to after signing the contract, Shirley has made the experience hassle free by connecting us with various people that can help and preparing the required documents efficiently.
