Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

We were introduced to Chris by a mutual friend and he has delivered everything we had hoped to have when looking for our first apartment in HK. From the first meeting where we outlined our requirements he was diligent and focused in finding the right apartment without wanting us to spend too much time looking at places he knew we wouldn’t like. Kerstin is knowledgeable, responsive, and knows how to zoom-in on what we are looking for. She tackles her job with a warm and friendly personality. Would highly recommend her to anyone hunting for their home in Hong Kong.
