Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We have yet to encounter such dedication to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We highly recommend and commend her for her tireless work. Thank you Joanne for finding, not only an apartment but our new home.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time.
