We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. Rosa is truly an expert in her field, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home that truly fits their personal preferences and needs, rather than just settling for what is available on the market.

I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.
