I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. Stephanie really goes beyond everything you would expect from an agent, she is a friend! Thank you for everything Stephanie!

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. We would happily recommend Jayde and am thankful to her for the whole process.
